A New Chapter


It has been a difficult two years for the Murdaugh family. We have experienced the loss of loved ones, the public scrutiny of our lives, and the legal process surrounding the murders of my wife, Maggie, and son, Paul.

Through it all, we have tried to remain strong and united. We have supported each other through the darkest of times, and we have continued to fight for justice for Maggie and Paul.

On June 7, 2021, Alex Murdaugh, my husband and the father of my children, was found guilty of murdering Maggie and Paul. He was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.

While we are relieved that Alex has been held accountable for his crimes, we know that nothing can bring Maggie and Paul back. We will continue to grieve their loss, and we will never forget them.

As we move forward, we are committed to rebuilding our lives and healing our family. We are grateful for the support of our friends and community, and we ask for continued privacy as we navigate this new chapter.
